FutureSkills uses OpenAI to recommend next steps in your development. FutureSkills has three main modules: simulations of scenarios and situations, skill progress report for a specific job and management of jobs you want to apply to.
Simulation
You will see a scenario, a situation and four options. You have to select an action you would normally execute given the scenario and the situation. The selected option proves certain behaviors, which are linked to soft skills. Each option may increase or decrease up to five points the score of any soft skill.
Skills progress
You will see here all the skills associated to the job you are focusing on. Each skill is considered complete when it reaches 100 points.
Job list
You will see here a list of all the jobs you have created. You can create new jobs and associate specific soft skills. Simulations will be oriented to the selected job.
